richard
Richard has been in the window covering industry for over 30 years. He began working in the back of his dad's shop building shutters for their small family business. For the last 25 years, Richard has enjoyed selling and installing window coverings all over Orange County. Richard has passed on the baton of installations and mostly focuses on sales. He has five kids and during his off time he enjoys surfing, serving at church, and spending time with his wife.
krystal
Krystal has been in the window covering industry for over 20 years. When she married Richard, they joined forces and started Shutter Heaven Inc. Krystal does most of the behind-the-scenes work, but really enjoys the details of product specs and draperies so you may work with her in these areas. Krystal and her husband have two children and one grandbaby. Krystal enjoys serving at her church cafe, sewing, reading and going on weekend trips with her husband.
omar
Omar has been with Shutter Heaven since 2013. Omar started as an assistant to Richard in the field and has since taken over all installations for Shutter Heaven. Omar is married and has two daughters. When he is not installing your window coverings, Omar enjoys spending time with family, traveling, running, and taking his daughters to soccer.
emanuel
Emanuel is new to shutter Heaven as of 2018. He assists his cousin, Omar, with the installations. Emanuel is married and has two children. When he isn't driving to your home in a Shutter Heaven van, Emanuel enjoys going to dinner with his wife, taking his kids to soccer practice, the movies, and to the park.
Cheryl
Cheryl has several years of experience in the window covering industry. She enjoys helping our customers sort through and understand the many options available to them, and then watching as they make choices that satisfy their needs and concerns. Cheryl appreciates the challenge of both the creative and analytical aspects of her position. When not talking about valances and lift systems, Cheryl is running, gardening, or hanging out with her dog Lola.
Chelsi
Chelsi has been with Shutter Heaven since 2020. In addition to managing the office, she focuses on customer service, scheduling and installations. She has one son and a small lap dog. With her time off Chelsi enjoys playing board games, going to sporting events and camping with her family.
Kari
Kari has been with Shutter Heaven since 2024 working as a brand ambassador. She has two awesome kids and an amazing grandson. In her spare time you will find Kari with her family
and playing with the family dog. She loves singing, interior design, collecting trinkets and decorating.
